These terms apply when you use this website. They are published by JKT Commercial Services Limited, company number 17374812, registered office Sunnybank Farm, Bawtry Road, Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster, DN7 6PH.

1. What this site is for

The site is information about our independent HGV workshop and a way to contact us. Copy, photos and service lists are general information. They are not a quote, a booking, or a contract until we confirm work in writing or by an agreed booking.

2. Using the site

Use the site lawfully and as a visitor looking for workshop information or to send an enquiry. Do not try to break, scrape, or overload it. We may change or withdraw pages without notice.

3. Enquiries and bookings

The contact form opens your mail app with the details you typed, sent to info@jktcommercial.com. A form or a call is a request, not a confirmed slot. Availability, scope and price are agreed when we come back to you.

Vehicle work depends on inspection. What we find on the yard can change the job from the first description.

4. Accuracy

We take care to keep the site accurate. Workshop capacity changes. Call or email for current availability. Do not rely on this site as the only record of a booking or of the condition of a vehicle.

5. Intellectual property

Photos, branding, drawings and copy on this site are owned by JKT Commercial Services Limited or used with permission. Do not copy them for another business without our consent. The website was built by North Lincs Web.

6. Third-party links and the map

The Contact page includes a Google map and a link to Google Maps. Those services are Google’s. We are not responsible for Google’s pages, cookies, or terms. Other outbound links (for example the ICO) are provided for convenience only.

7. Liability

This website is provided as information. We are not liable for loss that comes only from using or being unable to use the site, so far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Workshop work, once booked, is a separate matter and will be confirmed at the time.

8. Privacy and cookies

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
